Coeur d’ Alene Trust Request for Qualifications
Tamarack No. 7 Remedial Action Construction Project
Through this RFQ, the Successor Coeur d’Alene Custodial and Work Trust (Coeur d’Alene Trust) is soliciting information from qualified construction contractors (Respondents) to perform the Tamarack No. 7 Remedial Action (RA) Construction Project in the Canyon Creek Basin in Shoshone County, Idaho.
The Coeur d’Alene Trust’s objective is to identify four to six qualified contractors to bid on the Tamarack No. 7 RA work described in Section 4.0 of the document available in the download section of this website. Respondents will be prequalified based on information provided in response to this RFQ. Prequalified Respondents will participate in a mandatory pre-bid site walk to be held in the fall of 2024 (tentatively the week of October 2, 2024). Prequalified Respondents will also be asked to provide bids for the work during the first quarter of 2025. The Respondent selected to complete work will execute a Master Services Agreement with the Coeur d’Alene Trust, with the specific scope and costs identified through a Project-specific work order.
Interested Respondents must use the Coeur d’Alene Trust website to respond to this RFQ and complete their Respondent Information and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All submittals must be in accordance with the instructions provided in Section 5.0 and 7.0.
